Hello, allow me to introduce myself…I’m a fun-loving self-proclaimed poet, who is determined to be published one day. I write mainly inspirational uplifting pieces based on my experiences growing up in the Christian faith. I am also a lover of digital art and love to create social media content.

Make Money Online

I have been working in the same organisation for a good few decades. So I am now really seriously looking to break free from the 9-5 drill and make money online. I need to get back my time so that I can spend more time doing the things I am passionate about, to make a real difference.  Working for myself has been a dream of mine for many years and now I am actively striving to attain this. Just to be transparent and upfront, I am by no means an expert. If anyone desires to follow my lead I strongly advise you to do your own research.  There is something out there for everyone, but evidently, one size does not fit all. 

No Turning Back

Much has changed since COVID-19, for many of us there will be no turning back. The restrictions on Lockdown including the mandatory requirement for the majority to work from home has brought about a culture change   Post Lockdown many continue to work from home part-time or hybrid, as they deem it as a viable option for work-life balance.  Also, some like myself are tentatively looking to escape the 9-5 completely in exchange for the laptop lifestyle. 

Mission 

This blog in some ways will be like a diary of my journey. It will also help me to stay focused on my mission.  My mission is to create different streams of income as I am a firm believer that we should not put all our eggs in one basket.  There are a lot of opportunities out there but what I have found is that you have to separate the chaff from the wheat, to find the genuine ones.

Small Business Models

In my blog, I will be exploring remote business models and side hustles.  I will also talk about smart digital products that are adaptable to the home office, with the mindset that one size does not fit all.  Some of the opportunities that I  will cover will work as perfect side hustles,  rather than a full-time business.  Whilst there are a lot of scams out there there are people who are making a good living from the laptop lifestyle doing ethical work.

Leap Of Faith

I am at a place now where I need to get money working for me.  I am throwing myself into this wholeheartedly, taking a leap of faith with a can-do attitude. My eyes are on the prize believing that I have the power to get wealth.
